To complement our digitally printed and foiled labels, we will soon offer in-line, single-level embossing with our UV varnishing and die-cutting equipment. Rotary embossing delivers effective registration to pre-printed labels. Our in-line embossing will also provide an economical approach as we will incorporate hardened photopolymer plates rather than expensive steel or brass tooling.

Flat Embossing

We add single and multiple-level (sculptured) embossing to digitally printed and foiled labels via flat foil dies on offline equipment. This approach using flat copper dies reduces costs compared to steel or brass rotary dies. However, because the flat embossing is done offline it involves an addition process which can increase label cost.
